By accessing or using the services provided by Meta Life Science Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services
Meta Life Science Limited provides professional formula research and development (R&D) services, and OEM manufacturing solutions for life science products through our subsidiary Arborsen (Shanghai) Bio-Tech Inc. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Custom formula development
- Ready-to-use formula library access
- OEM manufacturing
- ODM services
- Quality testing and certification
3. Intellectual Property
The content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Meta Life Science Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meta Life Science Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Meta Life Science Limited operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
